Terms & Conditions
1. The hotel is only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests are to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel front desk employee.
2 Settlement of bills: Accommodation billss must be settled upon arrival either by payment in cash or valid credit cards, cheques are not accepted. Any other bills to be settled at check out.
3 The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancal in the 14 days before arrival.
4 The guest is required to pay 50% deposit of the total payment for the reservation to be confirmed. The remainder 50% should be cleared 14 before arrival.
5 Guests are to use their villas for the agreed period. If the period of accommodation is not stipulated in advance, guests are to check out by 12:00pm on the last day of their stay at the latest, and they are obliged to have vacated the room by this time.
6 Early check-in privileges are subject to availability and incur an additional charge of $200
7 A safe is provided in the villas for all valuables. The resort will not be responsible for the loss of guests belongings or any other property.
8 Key cards must be deposited at the reception desk at the time of check out.
9 Management Rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person on the resort premises
10 If any malfunction is discovered during your stay please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.

12 Smoking is prohibited inside the villas and can incure damage charges. Smoking should be done at the outdoor spaces
13 Laundry services are available at the resort
14 Child Policy:
Children below the age of 5 are free of charge
Children between 6-12 pay half price
Children over the ages of 12 years are considered adults
15 Guests should maintain the found serenity and respect other guests on property
16 Complaints by guest and any possible suggestions for improving the hotels activities are welcomed by the hotel management.
17 We do not allow pets on the property.
18 Aside from the information sheet the hotel will ask their respective guests to sign a waiver which states as follows: this is to ensure the safety of our guests.
19 Minors under 18 years, male or female, are not allowed to stay at this hotel without being accompanied by their parents or guardians.
20 Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these house Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
